• Studio apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and communal apartments are among the residential types.
• The typical weekly rent is between 150 and 200 Australian dollars.
• All basic services such as power, water, and unrestricted internet access are included in the fee for the student homes.
• The majority of the apartments are located within 7 and 10 kilometres from Rockhampton.
