Academy of Information Technology (AIT) - Sydney

Academic Requirements for Admission:

• Completion of senior high school, which corresponds to the Australian Year 12 level of schooling.
• Year 12 or equivalent completion; OR Certificate IV, VET Diploma, or Higher Education Diploma (completion); OR Certificate IV, VET Diploma, or Higher Education Diploma (completion); OR Certificate IV, VET Diploma, or Higher Education Diploma (completion); OR Certificate
• Successful completion of one year of full-time study in a higher education provider's degree programme; OR
• Non-academic criteria for admission could include a demonstrated interest or experience in relevant sectors or work. Students may be required to demonstrate this through a written piece, an interview, or a portfolio.
• Applicants must meet with AIT's admissions personnel in person or over the phone for an interview. This can be done over Skype.

English Language Requirements : 

The IELTS exam is required as English Language Proficiency Test. The minimum score required are :

• For Diploma : 5.5
• For Bachelors : 6.0
