Standard rooms are shared by two students in these residential halls.
  • The fraternities and sororities on campus are housed at Oak Lane, which consists of 19 buildings. Recreational grounds, basketball courts, and a pavilion are also available. The suites at Oak Lane have a communal bathroom.
  • At Virginia Tech, only freshmen are obliged to live on campus and pay the on-campus residence hall cost. Freshmen students over the age of 21 can, nevertheless, choose off-campus student housing in the United States.
