Applicants need an ordinary degree or its international equivalent, with at least 80 SCQF credits in chemistry, covering organic, physical, and inorganic chemistry. Additionally, applicants must have a Grade C or above in Higher English (SCQF Level 6) and National 5 Mathematics (SCQF Level 5), which can be in progress at the time of application. Experience working with children in a secondary school or related setting is required, alongside references to demonstrate suitability for teaching.
