Degree requirements
Applicants need an honours degree (2:2 or above) in a health-related subject, along with GCSE grades 4/C or above in English and Maths. Demonstrating 600 practice hours through a recognition of prior learning process is also required to meet NMC standards, which will credit part of the 2,300 practice hours needed. Non-UK degrees need to be accompanied by a 'Certificate of Comparability' from ENIC, and a health clearance, including vaccination status and criminal record disclosure, is mandatory.
