Applicants need at least a second-class honours level 8 primary degree (2.2 or higher). For non-native English speakers, a minimum IELTS (Academic Version) score of 7.5 overall, with no component below 7.5, is required. Students who previously obtained the DIT Post-Graduate Diploma in Law after 2014 may apply for second-year entry, but the program is accredited only for those starting from year one in 2017/8 or later.
