About this course

This two-semester program offers a hands-on experience covering all facets of residential construction. Students learn trade-specific skills for employment in construction and renovation sectors, including floor, wall, and roof framing, demolition, renovations, stair construction, and finish work. The curriculum combines practical application with theory, studying safety standards, building codes, blueprint reading, energy efficiency, and environmental practices.
