That figure does line up independently with what the Ministry of External Affairs tabled in Parliament for the same year, so the underlying student-population number checks out even where the programme details don&#8217;t yet have independent confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group HR head Rajkamal Vempati is quoted describing the initiative as a pathway the bank intends to keep open, not a one-time hiring event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Why this needs a caveat, plainly stated:<\/em><\/strong><em> We checked Axis Bank&#8217;s official press release page directly; ARISE Homecoming does not appear there as of publishing, even though a comparable Axis Bank hiring initiative in 2024 did get an official release when it launched. We also found no coverage from ANI, PTI, or major financial outlets. The story is consistent across several trade publications with matching quotes and figures, which suggests a genuine press release circulated, but we can&#8217;t independently verify it beyond that yet.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A formal hiring channel from one of India&#8217;s largest private banks, aimed specifically at the study-abroad cohort, would be a meaningfully different entry point than a cold application through a general careers page.
