No extensions beyond that.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>One-time use:<\/strong> A student can avail the scholarship only once, for either a PG or a PhD course, not both.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The scheme runs under the broader Mukhyamantri Medhabi Chhatra Protsahan Yojana (MMCPY) and was originally launched in November 2025 as &#8220;Videsh Siksha Bruti&#8221;; this August application window is the Higher Education Department formally opening the process for eligible students to apply, now referred to as &#8220;Bidesh Sikhyabruti.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Apply\"><\/span>How to Apply<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications go through the <a href=\"https:\/\/scholarship.odisha.gov.in\/website\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Odisha State Scholarship Portal,<\/a> not a separate scheme-specific site.
