Use the QS number (#4 globally) for most practical purposes, since QS is the ranking system most referenced by Indian employers and UK university marketing. Imperial scores higher on Citations per Faculty, which lifts its QS position. THE CS rank of #1 for eight consecutive years is the more powerful signal for a research-track MSc or DPhil. For a taught MSc where you plan to return to India, #4 in QS CS is already exceptional.
