It is worth up to Rs.67 lakh ($100,000) and covers full tuition, a living allowance of Rs.8 lakh ($12,000) per year, up to Rs.2.68 lakh ($4,000) annually for textbooks and one return flight to India, overseas health cover, and on-campus accommodation for the full program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong>: You must be an Indian citizen currently residing in a slum community in Delhi served by the <a href=\"https:\/\/asha-india.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ASHA Community Health and Development Society<\/a>, and have applied for, but not yet started, a postgraduate coursework degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to apply<\/strong>: There is no direct application. ASHA identifies and nominates candidates, then recommends them to the university. If you meet the residency criteria, contact ASHA directly rather than the University of Sydney scholarships office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Counselor insight:<\/em><\/strong><em> Because this route runs through ASHA and not through the university&#8217;s standard scholarship portal, it rarely appears in generic scholarship round-ups.
