At Rs.6,73,200 per year for up to five years, its ceiling is Rs.33,66,000, which is higher than a single-year Scientia payment of Rs.13,46,400. It sits in the requires-application bucket, so students who assume &#8220;Asia scholarship&#8221; means automatic consideration submit nothing and lose the larger sum.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Are_Indian_Students_Eligible_for_UNSW_Scholarships_What_the_Official_List_Confirms\"><\/span><strong>Are Indian Students Eligible for UNSW Scholarships? What the Official List Confirms<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, and one award is worth checking before any other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>International Student Award<\/strong> gives 20% toward tuition fees for every year of your program. It sits outside PUCA1029 and is handled through your admission application. A fee offset never does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Counselor insight:<\/em><\/strong><em> The 500-word statement is the only part of the International Student Award you control. Everything else is citizenship and enrolment status. UNSW assesses it on academic merit and on aptitude and commitment to studies, so a statement that restates your marksheet wastes the one variable available to you. We use 6 July, and either way the round is open now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Term 2 and Term 3 rows come from the standing annual windows published in UNSW&#8217;s PUCA1029 FAQ document rather than from a 2027 advertisement, because UNSW&#8217;s scholarships FAQ page confirms the team is still finalising the 2027 application schedule. Treat them as a planning guide, not a confirmed date. For reference, the equivalent 2026 rounds closed on 26 February 2026 and 18 June 2026, so the Term 2 close lands in the last week of February rather than on a fixed day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The condition that disqualifies most applicants:<\/strong> you must hold an offer of admission for Term 1 2027 <strong>by 30 October 2026<\/strong>, the same day the scholarship closes. A final-year BTech student sitting in placement interviews through October is not thinking about an Australian scholarship portal. Applicants with pending Year 12 results may still apply by the deadline, but offers are only made to recipients holding an unconditional letter, so a pending result is a real risk rather than a technicality.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Apply_for_UNSW_Scholarships_Process_and_Documents\"><\/span><strong>How to Apply for UNSW Scholarships: Process and Documents<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Four steps, in this order.
