German universities themselves do not ask for your NEET score; you will not be rejected by Heidelberg or Charit\u00e9 because of a low NEET percentile. But the NMC in India requires you to have a valid NEET qualification before you begin any MBBS-equivalent program abroad if you ever want to practice medicine in India after graduating. So if returning to India is even a possibility in your future plans, clear NEET before you start.
