The threshold was raised from \u00a318,600 in April 2024. Planned staged increases to \u00a334,500 and \u00a338,700 were paused by the government in August 2024 and remain under review following a Migration Advisory Committee report in June 2025. As of publication, the current threshold is \u00a329,000. Verify the figure on gov.uk before applying, as the Home Office may update it. If you applied before 11 April 2024, the old \u00a318,600 threshold still applies to your future applications with the same partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If using savings instead of income, you must hold at least \u00a388,500 (approximately Rs.1,13,28,000).
