There is no additional charge for sending the TRF to the university electronically. However, if test takers want to send their IELTS result to more than five colleges, there is a $3.75 fee for each additional university.

A higher IELTS score indicates that you have a good grasp of the English language  which gives you a higher chance of getting selected.

1. During registration, you can choose institutions & have the IELTS test centre deliver them to you. This may be arranged for free through the IDP office or the British Council.

2. Test takers can also attach a copy of their TRF or ATRF with their college application & send them via mail to the desired institutions.

IELTS score requirements vary by immigration or university. For successful admission, your IELTS score must match the requirements of your purpose.
